Landscape Construction Project Manager
Full-time
Salary: Base starting at $60-75k (based on experience)
As a Project Manager, you will lead a wide range of landscaping and construction projects from start to finish. This position requires managing costs, schedules, contracts, and quality to maximize project profitability and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, oversee crews, ensure compliance with design specifications, and deliver exceptional results while upholding our company’s values.
Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of experience in landscape construction management, technical expertise in horticulture and construction methods, and outstanding project leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review job packets, proposals, and plans to ensure accuracy and prepare for Production Meetings.
- Meet with clients and Salespeople to review scope of work and ensure alignment before project initiation.
- Present project details during Production Meetings and guide teams on plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Oversee subcontractor contracts, scopes of work, schedules, and payment approvals.
- Visit job sites to mark key areas, resolve technical issues, and support Foremen for optimal performance.
- Coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator to address project delays or changes.
- Perform final walkthroughs, ensure customer satisfaction, and discuss proper care with clients.
- Ensure all work meets specifications, timelines, profit margins, and key performance indicators.

Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Operations teams to maintain quality, production rates, and company profitability goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance standards.
- Knowledge of regional plant materials and design/build installation standards and practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing and approachable personality.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Aspire preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
