Woody Plants: We will replace one time, without charge, any tree, shrub, evergreen, groundcover or vine planted by us that dies within a period of two years from the date of installation.

Perennials, Ornamental Grasses & Roses: We will replace one time, without charge any perennials, ornamental grasses, and roses
planted by us that die within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of installation.

This limited warranty is contingent upon the homeowner carrying out the above watering instructions as well as the following: Pest Control: Keep plants free of
injurious insects and diseases by timely and proper application of pesticides. Cultivation: Keep plants free of weeds.

Non-Warrantied Items: We provide no warranty for any plant material planted above ground in containers, flowering bulbs, annual plants, transplanted plant material or owner-supplied materials.

Our warranty is void if:

• Payment is not made in full and within 30 days of the invoice date
• Plants are damaged by man, animal, insects, mechanical damage, negligence, and acts of God.
• Plants are not planted in the ground.
• Plants are damaged by misuse of herbicides or pesticides by the homeowner or any of its agents.

Sodded Lawns: We will replace one time, without charge, any sod planted by us that dies within a period of thirty days from the date of installation. If re-sodding or patching is necessary, this work will be performed as soon as the weather and season permits.

Seeded Lawns: We warranty a reasonable stand of grass over 90% of the seeded area within sixty days from the date of installation. We will re-seed one time, without charge, any lawn planted by us that fails to meet this standard. If reseeding is necessary, this work will be performed as soon as the weather, season, and schedule permits.

Hardscaping: We will repair all brick paving, one time, without charge, any brick paving that has settled on undisturbed soil within a period of five years. Clay and concrete pavers carry manufacturers guarantee against breakage. No guarantee against fading or exact color is made.

Poured Concrete: All material is guaranteed to be as specified and concrete work is to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted, if any. Concrete carries no guarantee against cracking, spalling, popping or similar related concrete characteristics. Do not use salt or salt like products for at least three years after installation on concrete.

Cladding: We will repair or replace, one time, without charge, any cladding that fails for a period of one year from the date of installation.

Low Voltage Lighting: We will repair all failed lighting due to fault installation for a period of one year after the date of installation. Transformers and fixtures carry manufacturers’ warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Bulbs carry no warranty.

Drainage: All drainage work performed by Nature’s Perspective Landscaping is considered passive drainage and is designed to move water away from structures and/or alleviate flooding. Our drainage work is not to be considered waterproofing and we offer no written, implied or expressed warranty against water entering your home or other structures. In cases of extreme hard or fast rains, your system may be overwhelmed and some standing water may occur. Please allow 24 hours for the standing water to dissipate.
