We are actively monitoring the news about the coronavirus and taking the necessary precautions to ensure our business remains open during this unprecedented time. Nature’s Perspective is committed to assist you with all your landscaping needs and to do so, we have taken many precautionary measures to ensure both the safety of our customers and our employees. Because of this, you might notice a few minor changes in the way in which operations are conducted; however, it is with safety in mind. The health and safety of our customers and our employees are of the highest importance to us.

Landscaping businesses are deemed essential businesses under the Stay-At-Home Executive Order by Gov. J.B. Pritzker. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the following preventive measures to limit its impact:

  • We have supplied each crew with masks and bandanas, a portable hand washing station, rubber gloves, and disinfecting supplies to use while in the field.
  • We have installed clear plexiglass dividers in our trucks to keep crew members separated when traveling.
  • We are no longer placing flags or leaving doorhangers with information on customers’ properties. This information will be communicated via email.
  • Our office and field staff practice social distancing.
  • Most of our office staff work from home to obey the stay-at-home order and reduce the amount of people in our office. Only essential personnel who need to communicate face-to-face are in the office, remaining 6’ apart.
  • Our office areas, vehicles, and equipment are frequently sanitized.
  • Employees are advised to stay home if they are feeling sick or if any members of their family are displaying signs of illness.
  • We have required all our subcontractors to follow similar standards.

For Our Maintenance Customers

Our Maintenance crews started working on Monday, March 30th, performing spring clean-ups. Once completed, we will begin all-inclusive landscape maintenance schedule with weekly service. We ask that you help us by limiting face-to-face interactions with our crew members and keeping a distance of at least 6 feet if doing so. If there are specific requests that you have regarding your spring clean-up, please contact your representative or call our office. We fully recognize that some customers may not want our crews on their property at all during this uncertain time. We are understanding of your concerns, and if this is the case, please let us know and we will reschedule service at your property to a later date.
