In response to COVID-19, we share this information from the National Association of Landscape Professionals, and include our own additional insights.

Landscaping is an essential business

Landscape professionals maintain and protect the living environments around hospitals, government facilities, housing areas, parks, schools, and more. We protect the public safety by:

Eliminating Pests: We perform essential treatments and remove standing water to reduce mosquitoes, ticks, mice and vermin. We diagnose, treat and can prevent landscape pests such as viburnum borer and Japanese beetle grubs to prevent or stop damage to plants and lawns.

Inspecting Issues: We perform regular maintenance to mow, prune, control weeds, and inspect areas for safety and security issues. Our maintenance crews are pro-active in reporting symptoms of plant disease to our customers. We can inspect and correct damaged/non-working elements such as landscape lighting features, water features and paving issues.

Decreasing Hazards: We remove fallen trees and mitigate overhead hazards from wind effects. We will let you know of any hazards we encounter during our weekly maintenance visits.

Assisting Those in Need: We engage in maintenance and construction projects for those who cannot complete tasks themselves, including the elderly and families. We design, build and maintain aesthetically pleasing outdoor settings that help our clients and their families feel more calm and relaxed by spending time outdoors in the safety of their own homes.

Reducing Potential Risks: We keep public and private pathways free from obstruction and potential risk. We advise clients of potential risks such as trip hazards in paving, broken steps, broken but attached tree limbs and the like.

Exterior Experts: Dozens of trades service interior spaces. Landscape industry professionals are the construction and maintenance experts for the outside of homes, businesses and public spaces. We continually hone our skills in the trade by learning and adopting more efficient methods and techniques. We continually upgrade to new and better equipment, machinery and vehicles to build the best product possible for our clients.

Keeping Homes Safe & Dry: We manage stormwater through grading and drainage to keep homes and basements dry. We employ a variety of drainage solutions such as underground downspout redirection, underground rainwater harvesting, drycreek beds and rain gardens.

We are ready, willing and able to assist you with all your landscape needs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
